Free iPod Music From Seattle!
Posted on Oct 01, 2009 under free ipod downloads, iPod Music |Last post we told you where you can get 30 free iPod Movies. This post we share yet another of our finds of free iPod music!
And this time we know just how long these freebies are gonna be up for grabs. You got two weeks people! And then, while you might be able to still get them - the promise is that they will be much harder to get.
So… what’s it all about?
Well, Seattle Weekly has an annual music shindig called the REVERB Festival and to help promote the event they have selected a track from each of the 60+ acts scheduled to perform next Saturday and put it together in one big 64-song download. The download includes tracks from The Maldives’ “Blood Relations” and Kaylee Cole’s “Uncertain World,” for example.
Now the free iPod music on offer is not gonna be everyone’s cuppa tea, so we have provided a sneak preview of the style of music with this YouTube video of the Maldives in action:
Some of the tracks are just short samples (but you can weed them out if you want, once you have them downloaded.) For those not in Seattle and so not attending the festival, the inclusion of commentary on all of the bands will probably not be that welcome either!
Having said that, they are all free MP3s, baby - so if you are into this kinda music then follow this link to the download and this link to LEARN HOW TO EXTRACT THE SONGS YOU WANT.
